- pushups: Im going for a split now and I stop training every day, this isnt effective, I ll rest 4 days and train on 3 per week, Monday Chest Back and Calves, Thursdays legs shoulders and abs, Fridays biceps and triceps
- pullups: Same thing. They are being done when their day is reached like mondays (back training)
- back exercises (30) I think this is more of a stretching exercise for better back posture more or less. I will keep doing it daily

Pull-strength > push strength, I realize that most of my bad posture comes from overdeveloped push strength and underdeveloped pulls. I ll work on becoming stronger with pullups and rows and so on

My student said pretty direct and true things to me about my weaknesses and he was so precisely right that it really struck me, for many years I have had sleep issues which he found the solution to - Mouthbreathing: basically your jaw grows in a way which obstructs normal airflow so you snore and wake up over and over at night:
I dont look like that much of a dork like the guy in the bottom picture but the direction is there! It causes a myriad of other problems which I also have and I have a really useful perspective, in case it helps you:
I remind myself that actually people dont want to escape from their problems, they want to overcome them. Then I realize hiding away is doing no good and I start fighting
Also remember that there is incredible power in all systems you create. If you create a system for something, you will achieve much more like having a good morning routine will RELIABLY put you ahead every morning of every day and you can build systems for almost all other things in your life. This is where the power lies

Evening journal: A hardening oven is the ONE THING that keeps me from making knives and THERE IS ONE and I will take it into operation tomorrow. I promise!
