pushups: no (wrist is getting better, still careful)
pullups: :no (I ll take a break for at least another week)

cleaned up my room in the evening: no
Meditation: (3min)
Stretching for better back posture: (1min)
I have 3 objectives I want to achieve:
acquire steel
send in urgent paperwork
sharpen and ship the completed knives
I ll report how far I got with each of them at the end of the day!

Friends, I want to relay a technique to you that is so urgently useful that I dont want to postpone it to tomorrow morning:
A friend from this forum recommended it to me, it enabled him to stop a very intense addiction in just one week and enabled him to teach a subject he hated to teach before:
You record your ideal scenario in words, for example: “I dont need masturbation, I dont want to masturbate at all, masturbation is irrelevant to me, its not normal to masturbate, I dont care about masturbation”.
You record those words spoken out loud on your phone and then play them back to yourself every morning and evening.
Observe it! It worked incredibly well for me for other goals I have set for myself. I just wrote down the words of the world I want to be real, then I said the words to the recording and listened. It had a very large effect and I feel as if I am now in the power to create myself however I want it

Yeah great technique , I do the same everyday but instead of recording myself , I read thr diary that I wrote after coomimg last time and also the daily life experiences that I keep getting .
It helps me in reminding me of my goal and makes me ease at urges too .

I have a friend who I armwresle with. He got incredibly strong recently and is approaching to be stronger than me and beat me on a regular basis, I want to defeat him I bought rice, chicken breast and brocoli, Im making prepped meals so I can eat 5 times a day. Morning, after morning, lunch, after lunch, and dinner. My main bottleneck is just the scarce amount of food Im getting. Weightcheck right now: 68kg. My goal is to get to 80 in 6 months, I used to weigh 75kg lean when I was at my strongest in the past.

I picked up a new habit, I hope I can keep it up: I cook for the day so I can eat 5 meals. Today I nearly managed it. Goal: 80kg, its realistic (right now: 68kg)! I worked out very shortly with just 2 sets per arm, bicep curls and then 2 sets of 30 pushups after so its balanced (otherwise I cant stretch my arms the next day, this happens ever time I only train one side of arms)

I just had the call with him and so many things popped into my mind that I would have never thought of. Its the single most lifechanging addition I integrated into my life which is the origin of all the productivity I now experience. Its a stupendous amount of power! Go to nofap groups or look for one here and have daily evening calls to center in on each others goals and keep each other on track! You wont believe how many obstacles this vaporizes!
