Day -23(streak)

Wake up early :white_check_mark:
Run-4 km✅
Bath ( due to sickness and winters used hot water):white_check_mark:
Meditation -20 min✅
Study-4 hours✅
Today went good.
I hope to continue this diary until my goal. That is full recovery.

Day -24
Today I
Woke up early -5:30 :white_check_mark:
Ran -1.5 km✅
Excercise,:white_check_mark:
Meditation-20 min :white_check_mark:
Study -6 hours✅
Though I studied 6 hours I am not satisfied with it. I studied it in many small pieces like 25 min then again 1 hour then 15 min.
Also my exams are coming so it’s a new level of pressure .
But still if I look at my overall performance then it was good.
Once I reach a month of Nofap . I will start to feel more good. I know it.

Lesson- you don’t need external things when you know internal are enough

Few things a realized in just these 3 days , which is amazing are :-

  1. Before sleeping , I saw many videos on memes and I laughed so much and I over did it. I saw at least 5-6 videos . And next morning (today) I was less motivated.i was not feeling like running. I searched for answer inside me , and I found out that I was already getting what I wanted that is happiness. So lesson is - starve yourself until you get what you want.
  2. Never do meditation after exercise (heavy work ) in MORNING
    It sucks out the energy we need for doing other important tasks .
    I will prefer it now before sleeping. Or afternoon.

Study - around 6 hours :white_check_mark:
Gonna increase my study hours.
-also adding some yoga to my list

Meditation - 5 min :x:( I almost forgot about it.remembered just before sleeping that I had to meditate so I meditated for 5 min. Which I doesn’t count)
Study- 6:30 :white_check_mark: feel good good about my studies.

Day -27

Running - 1.5 km :white_check_mark:
Excercise :white_check_mark:
Meditation - 10 minutes
Study - 5 hours :x:
Going down I think . Need to recover fast.

Ya sure bro. I will definitely come . But since I am at home not at hostel . I can get work anytime. And I am not sure I can regularly study. But no worries when this is all over I will rejoin the challenge​:slight_smile::slight_smile:

It was a tough day. As at some point I thought let’s relapse because there is a daily basis leakage happening regularly from 10 days.
Even a small arousing thing is causing a little leakage . I can feel it.but after sometime I realised/remembered my promise of not stoping . So that’s what I choose I will not break my promise. Let’s go.
If anyone has some solution please tell me.

My father told me that people who come to exercise like herd of sheep’s( no inner motivation) cannot come at that time. This will become an excuse for not coming.
So yes inner motivation and fire inside is very necessary for real victory.
