It’s not a rocket science…
Very simple rule
-
Meditate every day till you complete 21 Days
-
Even 10min meditation or cardio will be considered
-
Just Put A in front of Your name when you did workout or meditation on that day
-
*If you missed, put a in front of ur name
-
Even if Single day is missed You Have to Start it all over again
-
(it doesn’t matter whether you are on 20th day, you have to start all over again)
-
When You complete 21 Days just mention Me
No excuses aloud as I said 10 min is also okay and if you don’t have 10min You don’t have a life

I’m in bro
- Meditate at least 10 mins daily
- Work out 5/7 days a week
- Play basketball matches 2 days a week
For me cardio is basketball, since I don’t do cardio at home since I’m an ectomorph hence it’s not advisable.
