I have quit nonveg since 1 year (quiting nonveg was very easy)
I have quit tea and coffee since 2 years (quiting tea and coffee was also easy)
And Now I’m willing to quit PMO once and for all (quiting PMO is hard but I’ll never give up)
I have heard that like meditation and cold shower journaling will also help to beat PMO addiction.
I don’t know how to write, and what to write in diary.
But I will try to write something here in gap of 2 to 3 days or maybe everyday.
Current Streak : 8 days
Highest Streak : 21 days
Let’s beat this addiction once and for all!
(My English is not that much powerful, but I hope it is understandable)
Talk about anything anything … I will suggest to think about these
What you feel ??
What do you want to achieve (your imaginary dream after quiting fap ) it will push you in the right track to move on
How is your day going ?
Or talking about any topic you want to talk about in the life … life is big and talks will never end …
It’s good that I don’t get any urges today.
I think I should make small goals like 10 days, 15days, 21 days etc.
By accomplishing these small goals I can achieve bigger goals
(Small Milaate jao, Large banaate jao)
From tomorrow these will be my daily goals:
1. Meditation
2. Cold shower
3. Exercise
4. 5 hour reading/study/work
5. YouTube only for study/knowledge
6. Vajrasana after dinner
7. Review my day
8. Plan next day
You do great btw …
It’s not too late to overcome what happened …
What is important that you have long time not share anything and this is disturbing …
So continue nitging can stop you …
Zero is your ennime you have only to find the way that you will act against it only …
so stuck on your plan and shine on .
Same here bro!
I was able to quit Non Veg 6 years ago. It was easy for me as well.
I was never addicted to Tea Coffee, but I used to drink tea sometimes and seeing how addictive it is to other people, I quit that as well.
Again easy!
But this Damn PMO…its been 10 years and still struggling with it .
Though this time around I managed to go 90 days for 1st time in 10 years. So its possible to overcome this addiction as well…its just slightly difficult.
Realizing that PMO is an addiction is a big step in overcoming it. Many people ruin their life with PMO and wonder where it all went wrong.
So no matter what day you are in just keep at it bro!!
Never give up this fight
