@ysub @prothekter_aden donā€™t worry, after September weā€™ll all be chilling there all the time :joy: usually Saturday nights we just play trivia and voice call over there to listen to music together. Itā€™s good fun. Iā€™ve disable discord till my exams though :stuck_out_tongue: my only social media apps are RC, Gmail and WhatsApp xP

Can feel those little dopamine hits that I get competing one study session. I hope my reward mechanism gets fixed soon. Trying to stay busy and reminding my self how important nofap is in the morning. And How much I really respect my streak. I will cross day 30 this time.
The first 20 minutes of your morning as soon as you wake up are very important. Those minutes shape the rest of the day. You can plan your day that time. You can listen to some positive things or you can start by completing a task like workout and making your bed :fire:
