Also, I havs to do workout a lot. But I am not able to increase my calories consumption. I will not give up.

Waking Up late is like a curse.
If You wake up late.
The first thing which you would have achieved is eliminated.
And then what the whole just went from scrolling through phone all the time.
No mood to study.
No energy from inside.
Feel like shit.
And now from tomorrow I will show myself.
Who the fuck is the master of this body.
I will do whatever possible.
To sacrifice all the good and eliminate all the distractions.

Totally agree with you man @rewire_user. The most important benefit for me, about waking up early is that it makes you a master at managing your time. If you conquer your morning that day is yours!
A person who starts his day with a negative attitude by waking up late usually waste that day. There is a lot of positivity early in the morning bro.

Due to dream, Urge stroke me. This was very hard.
But I didn’t gave up.
Immediately, I started meditation.
And then Urge fade away.
I am so weak, that I cannot even surpass day 3 urge,
what a disgrace.
It was because of my dream.
I will try my best this time.
What type of addiction is this, I know everything this will destroy me.
Still I was trying to do it.
Fuck You urges,
I am not gonna lose this time.
Greatness is coming for us !

Take it slow in the beginning bro. Calm down, spent time with closed ones, go out if you can. Watch a good movie and listen to some songs. And decide that you’ll never look. Urges will come; like it come and go. There will be pain, sometimes shit will get hard but we’ll go forward somehow. That is how great things are achieved :+1::+1::muscle:

From the moment I have attended a party
And broke the momentum of my studies and my self development journey.
I am not able to get back.
I can’t focus on studies
I am not able to wake up early, even I wake up and then after few minutes, I sleep again.
What’s the point of waking up.
I want to change all this.
I am sick of myself being called as Skinny.
I am gonna fucking do something about it. :triumph:
I will not stop until, I achieve everything and become the best version of myself in 2021, I know these changes dont come in few weeks it takes months.
And my mind need immediate result.
I am gonna workout, and gradually push myself.
My journey begins from Tomorrow.

Lol my mind also say workout will give less time for studies , but this sucks . Without workout we can’t be mentally strong , I have also started workout once again few days ago
