Day 7/363, checking in. Today’s exam went well, besides a few silly mistakes. I was not able to eat afterwards which, I think through me thinking that I couldn’t focus, made it difficult to focus to revise afterwards. My most important exam tomorrow, so I must be disciplined in getting to bed on time - not listening to/making music etc, and revise before bed.
I think that the last 7 days have been some of the best in recent memory - being so much more like the man that I want to be! If you focus hard on every single day, never taking your eye away from the ball or being overconfident in your ability to abstain (whilst being sure that you won’t), then if you’re anything like me you will have a very good day. Keep strong bros. You can!
DAY 8/363, checking in. Today’s exam was good, and I enjoyed it. Due to my lack of focus and discipline yesterday (choosing to do another job instead of revising before bed), I lost a few marks which I could have got if I had revised what I had planned to then. I will carry this experience forward to my final two exams.
I got to bed at a pretty good time yesterday, which allowed me 8+ hours and left me refreshed, really helping my day. Most importantly over the weekend I must stay disciplined, focused, and not let my confidence be my downfall. Onwards to more good days, and good affects on the lives of others. Keep strong bros.

Motivational Quote
Psalm 36:5,6 (KJV) Thy mercy, O Lord, is in the heavens; and thy faithfulness reacheth unto the clouds.
Thy righteousness is like the great mountains; thy judgments are a great deep: O Lord, thou preservest man and beast.
