Itโs a choice - a yes or a no. To workout, to study, to run, to protect others. To stand your ground. Saying no will become a habit - even a part of your identity man - If you maintain that consistency. We are all proud of you for your days bro . Maintain the consistency with us and you will grow . Day in, day out, say no, hold your ground, and the ground will become yours.
