170 Day Streak going strong and determined.
The veil of Illusion lifts more and more with higher streaks because you get more into the essence of your true self. You see things more as they are. For some people, this can get a bit frightening and urge them to dive back into the digital realm. But stay strong and use this clarity to build up your life, your surroundings and yourself. I do quite a bit of alchemy and Yoga, and I experience a constant rise in the quality and intensity in those regards. Semen retention truly is the holy grail and secret foundation of any genuine spiritual endeavour towards the source of creation. Everything is already inside of us
