Thank you very much. Very good advice. I will hold myself to that high standard but when the time comes to choose between exhaustion which leads to relapse and rest, I shall choose a day of rest - of not focusing hard on schoolwork, exercise etc. Choose progress, as you say, not the chance of perfection. I will commit. I will commit fully. I have no other choice bro

Day 1/365. I felt tired today in the afternoon but I followed @Covertxomicโs generous advice and rested, so that I would have more energy to fight. Once rested I revised again. I wish that I worked out after I had rested a little less, in hindsight; that, in my experience, causes the addiction hurt. Like landing a punch in a fight.
Tomorrow will be good. Iโll start off the day with a workout before breakfast, and finish off my practice paper. By the end of the day I will hope to have written 3-4 pages on my coursework.

Life feels like a big question mark for me, right now. I feel a bit lost on the path. Maybe iโm having what they call a life crisis. Iโll keep distancing myself away from PMO-related/lustful thinking (lustful thinking has been my go-to when i need escape even during my streak; i will need to desist from it to feel like I have a good and secure recovery from addiction). I think down the line, when i allow my โhigher selfโ to speak, my path and purpose will be revealed. I believe i am called to do something to make the world a better place. I need to do some service to my community to bring healing to peopleโs lives. I must develop a strong and secure love of myself before I can show love and care to another.

Got a lot of things going for me, which is nice. Still I feel many areas I want to improve.
From Monday on, I will further work on my inner alchemy through optimizing my circadian rhythm and managing my media consumption. I will free more time offline to study and build value.

Day 1/365 checkin, for yesterday.
Yesterday was brilliant. I studied persistently, had a brilliant workout in the sunshine, went out with a friend (choosing to run there and back, which was great), finished my studies and finished off the workout that was cut short by the visit. Slept well afterwards. Itโs up to me to make today good also.

From 71 days to three relapses in a single week.
Sad, in every way. A world that isnโt just black and white, but without color in any way. Thatโs how it feels.
I have noticed that I am more liable to relapse on days where I havenโt worked out. Only a small thing that I have picked up on.
I have all the willpower I need.
