Greeting to all the members of the Nofap Community,
This is the 2021 version of my diary, I wanted to start this Year, with no regrets from the past. I am 17 Years Old.
I have been doing the things in my life, which has become my daily routine but are not contributing to my growth.
Even I forget about the things, I did Yesterday because they have become the part of my routine. And You don’t remember the things You continuously do.
Also I have a list of thing I have to eliminate this year.
I know the healing process isn’t so easy, there will be ups and downs but I just want to focus on not giving up and just doing better than Previous year. While I am focusing on 365 days of nofap. I know it’s hard but I will try my best because once you attain the flow you go with it.
I want to control my anger, I realized that while I am angry, And when I don’t have control on myself. Whatever I do I later have regretted. It may be talking to parents in a harsh way. Or Being rude to others. Also I include abusing in this. I will try my best to purify my talks by not including harsh words and focusing on being sarcastic.
I also want to develop my Social Skills, Previous Year 2020 when It started, I am the same person what I am 1 year ago. It’s no change. I am always sitting in my room wasting time on phone. Or rather study a bit. And just lay around my bed. My whole Year just wasted like that. I don’t remember a monumental day when I worked my ass off. Due to my habit of staying at home, I am making my social life to struggle. I would like to learn Social skills in this Year. And Become a person of values.
I am a very skinny Guy, my weight is around 41kg and I am going to turn 18 this year. So, often I was feeling bad when someone called me that. But I realized it’s because I am losing my essential vitamins from my body, and lack of taking vitamins in through my food. I eat traditional indian food, also I am not a veg. I eat one small peicie of non veg food and call myself that I am eating a lot. I always fooled myself that I eat a lot. No I just eat less in small intervals. This thought made me to change my eating habits, I will track my intake calories by Healthify me app. If You have a proper knowledge about gaining muscles please do suggest me. Also, please keep in mind. I am 17 years old and I can’t go to gym. My parents said after you turn 18 and exams will be over. You can join.
How can You expect things to change while You are doing the same thing.
I want to make a habit of Waking Up early in the Morning I will try my best to wake up before 5 am everyday.
I never study effectively after 7 hours, So I want to increase my efficiency of study and concentration.
I want to study min 8 hours every single day.
