Thank you so much, I know 210 days are so big but this is what your perception changes as you move forward in life.
At First I also thought whether I will be able to clear 90 days. Then completed
Whether I will complete salil jamdar’s 150 days challenge, then completed.
So 90 days and 210 days the difference lies in your confidence and self belief that you can achieve even a bigger streak.

I become overconfident seeing a good streak, And the next moment it’s gone.
I am not able to surpass 15 days !
When I do hard things I face strong urges. I started studying in the morning and After some time urges started to come and I end up losing to it.
That’s my weak point
Will I be ever going to have a good streak :pensive:
I am Out.

I will try my best this time, Will not Give Up !

Like every habit there is a trigger to masturbating. See what that trigger is and work on it. And also keep in mind that going from 15 to 30 is easier than 0-30.

  • My trigger is basically boredum, so I keep busy

  • Right from day 1 I didn’t wanna go back to day 0. Let that be your goal.

  • Most importantly its all game of subconscious. Your mind will say do it again if it feels “Good”. Last time I fapped it didn’t give me a kick. So whenever I get the urge im like “Not worth it fam”.

Use this. 15 days will pass like nothing

Thanks brother for the advice !
I Already knew some of the point and they are quite useful.
But when I do something hard which is hard for my brain.
It start to crave for dopamine and then end up relapsing.
I remember how I got to 15 days streak.
I was not studying at all,
I was giving dopamine to my brain not with fapping but with eating chocolate and Playing Games.
I spend most of the time in forum.
That’s how I get there.
But since my exams are going to start I am afraid,
I will not be able to do it.
Will try my best !

Definitely you can. Only notice the date when u relapsed. After installing this app you can again get 57 days

I have zero urges these days because My trigger was instagram. But I tricked my brain into believing that no matter how big the urges are going back to day 1 is hurtful and no good
