Bhai pehla 5 7 din khatarnak situation, jo log 200 upar he wo to maze kar rhe he ,sirf din me 10 mint no fap ki ek content padhne se unka kam chal jayega. Lekin exercise , meditation band kar dene se day 500 par bhi ho to relapse hojayega jaise situation aaj kal he mobile ki.

. 101 days was a good run.
It was my highest streak. I hope i break this habit for permanent one day. Now, i have to avoid the chaser effect and start again. I cannot stop.

Hello. Sadly I was in a relapse cycle for a while. Not sure why I deleted the app, can’t remember… I’m going to delete it again most likely. Just wanted to check in on my brothers who struggle here. But I’m doing well now. Haven’t really been counting days, don’t find the need to. Hope all is well.

Bro everyone tells same ,I also sent personal message to never give up but.it happened… I think in 90 to 120 we should remove the sim card from mobile.you are going to the zone ,so becareful .once you crossed 120 no fap is a left hand game.
