Same Situation Brother, I would Also Have Relapsed Till Now, If I Have Not spent time on this app.

BUT In Between I felt that i am spending too much time so I followed The Process.

WHAT I DO:-

STEP-1: Whenever I get Urges,I come to this app
STEP-2: LOOK Here What is going On.
STEP-3: Spend here Only 2-3 Minutes.
STEP-4: Go Back To My work.

First step is for resisting the urge,
Second for diversion
Third for not to spend time here much on this app.
Fourth for to get ready to work again, otherwise i would have wasted 1-2 hours related to PMO.
and At last I might Relapse, if I had not done so OR I would have wasted my Precious time.


When Extreme URGE Comes In, Then Only Spend More Time Here and in that case, Post Here, Converse Here.

Even GO To the Urge Section At HOME Screen.

I have a proposition. The GOAL is to become better versions of ourselves. Since we’re all here to change our lives for the better by eliminating PMO, how about we do a Fitness Challenge? Think about it! We need to change our current state of mind if we’re going to eliminate PMO from our lives.
