WHY PEOPLE RELAPSE?, PLEASE READ THIS LONG BUT LIFE SAVING POST

If you understand what I am about to say, it will decrease you chances of relapse to just 1%

You are a man and will always be a man.

Even if you defeat PMO and go clean for 10 years, you will always feel attraction to female and will always be horny when you see a girl.
Now, PMO hijacks your natural sexual desires and trains you to get supra normal pleasure. So whenever you will see a girl (real or virtual on screen) and feel attraction, you will want more, you will want that supra normal pleasure of porn.
The problem with PMO addiction is that you are not just addicted to nudity and porn. You are also sensitive toward clothed females because, you being a man, will feel attraction and will automatically move towards porn as you are trained.

Don’t you remember your last relapse?.

Most probably you were visually triggered. You saw triggering content on any social media app or video (movie, season or anime) or maybe a girl in real life. Or perhaps the visual flashback of memory or a sexual picture in your mind. You felt that Dopamine rush in your brain that said, I NEED THIS MORE!!!..I CAN GET IT FROM PORN!!!..I NEED PORN!!!…and u know what happened next.

There is no non-triggering content with opposite genders in it!!!.

Every content with a female in it is a trigger!!!.

YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat,Facebook, Reddit, NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, Movies, seasons, animes(VIDEOS), and Real life girls … ALL ARE TRIGGER!!!.(pictorial memories too but they fade away with time so just give it time).

WHY CAN’T YOU UNDERSTAND DAMMIT???

If you are addicted to eating sugar cubes, you don’t just stop eating sugar cubes…You also stop consuming sugary foods and drinks. You substitute your want for excess sugar with natural sugary fruits and take sugar in recommended limits. Similarly,
You not only stop watching porn, YOU ALSO STOP USING SOCIAL MEDIA AND VIDEOS (movies, seasons and animes) AND ALSO STOP CHECKING OUT GIRLS!!!. Then you substitute your want of excess dopamine with healthy and fun Dopamine releasing activities like sex with spouse, exercise, outdoor games, healthy food and good hobbies.

So if you want to avoid a relapse and don’t want to relapse even after 1000 days,You GUARD YOUR EYES AT ALL COST FOR THE REST OF YOUR ENTIRE LIFE!!!

YOU NEED TO CLOSE YOUR EYES TO OPPOSITE SEX!!!(Except your partner)
Stop putting yourself in the magnetic field of triggers. Abstain from entertainment from screen. Lower your gaze and don’t see opposite sex. EVEN IF YOU GO 3 YEARS CLEAN OF PMO, UNLESS YOU DON’T GUARD YOUR EYES YOU WILL ALWAYS FALL BACK TO PMO!!!.YOU WILL ALWAYS BE A MAN… AS LONG AS YOU HAVE TESTIS ATTACHED TO YOUR GROIN, YOU WILL FEEL ATTRACTION TO OPPOSITE SEX (now don’t castrate yourself please :joy:!!!).

You have tasted the supra normal pleasure. The neural pathways that lead from PEEK to relapse are present in your brain. You need to realize that this pleasure is fake and see all the negative aspects related to it so you won’t feel the want to watch porn and masturbate. You don’t need PMO. You won’t miss anything if you quit. INSTEAD YOU WILL GAIN!!!.
Give yourself time to rewire your brain and adjust to normal Dopamine levels. Don’t think after 2 years of noPMO you can safely peek and use Social Media, no you cannot.
Unless you don’t have a healthy system of relaxation and Dopamine releasing healthy activities, you will relapse after 1000 days. HOW?. After 1000 days if you are not disciplined and your motivation drops you will slowly abandon your system and routine. OR you are depressed or anxious as life can be tough, and you want to experience pleasure and fun, you will slowly move towards relapse. First, your system that supplies you Dopamine will be abandoned by you. You won’t exercise. You won’t take cold showers. You won’t give time to your hobbies. You will slowly become lazy and spend most of your time in comfort zone. You will stop guarding your eyes and watch non porn videos with females and as being a man, you will feel pleasure and fake happiness watching women. Then your open your browser while a voice in your head shouts and alarms you that you are going on the road to relapse. You quiet it and say “A PEEK WON’T HURT… I AM NOT ADDICTED ANYMORE AND WONT FALL TO THAT LOW LEVELS BEFORE” … YOU SEE WHERE THIS IS GOING!!!. You will then relapse and chaser effect will cause you to binge porn and masturbate and you will be in the same shit hole you once crawled out of and it took all you had got then to kick this habit.

Please!!!. Don’t misunderstand me

I am not saying you won’t ever get out of this addiction. I am saying if you won’t acknowledge your sexual desires and won’t guard your eyes permanently and won’t stop getting enternainment from a screen, and won’t develop a system and routine and the discpline it takes to follow it even when you are low on motivation and willpower, YOU WILL RELAPSE.
A wise person will always take a road to the destination that is the most safest (no triggers)
A wise person will not go through landmine covered area ( social media and videos) hoping by chance and not strategy that he won’t step on a land mine and explode (relapse). He will always take a safe road with no landmines. Soon he will develop a landmine scanner in his mind and detect any danger to his noPMO streak. Even after developing such senses, he won’t dare step in a landmine field on purpose.

Also, noPMO is not a destination, but a journey of life. It never ends. It leads to new roads in areas of life that need your next attention and discpline and self battle. If you stop moving forwards after you break your highest streak, you will relapse.

Develop a permanent discpline. Then the risk of relapse will decrease to 1 % but never 0. Read the easy peasy books for better guidance.
