Sometimes in this phase we are relapsing due to overconfidence without urges…and we want to test our willpower… Dot dot dot …boom!!! Relapsed at day 100…! :joy: So becareful.

@GOVIND-19 What are you waiting for exactly? For NoFap to get easier suddenly after passing day what, 200, 300, 500? Or are you waiting for the relapse to come?

It’s the counterpart of saying “NoFap will get so much easier after reaching 90 days!”.

Question the beliefs you have about nofap, because chances are, they are not based on reality. Consider the possibility that the following is true: the day you are on does not matter at all. Then think about what it means essentially…

Sure. These are solely my advise. Of course there are many ways to achieve this.

I would say doing nofap is similar to doing pullups.

In order to do proper pull ups, you need to lose weight and gain strength.

In the context of Nofap, losing weight is akin to reducing the consumption of screen time on both mobile and laptop. You can achieve this by simply using your laptop or mobile ONLY in front of people. That means you cannot bring your laptop or your mobile to anywhere private unless it is really private such as online banking etc.

Whereas gaining strength is another ball game. Why ? Most of the time , temptations can come in many different forms such as that attractive girl that you see on the street that looks like your favorite pornstar. In order to resist them, you need to build your mental capacity for it. Fortunately, there are many things you can do to achieve this. These are the things I did to strengthen my mental strength.

a. Fasting. Fasting for a long period of time gets you hungry. While you are hungry , it is difficult for you to be horny .

b. Meditation. Can’t stress this enough. Focusing on emptying your thoughts and only on your breath is a skill that everyone who is practicing nofap should have. Why is this skill important ? Just from the previous example given , imagine seeing that hot girl on the street that looks like your favourite pornstar. What everyone normally does is that they would go back to their home and search on their browser watch their porn videos & fantasize about them. From there, you relapse. So instead of searching up their videos, learn to meditate for at least 2 minutes and empty your mind and slowly you can sense these fantasies fading away. This has saved me so many times from edging or trying to relapse.

c. Another thing everyone should be doing is hard physical activity. I personally did Martial arts. This actually releases your pent up energy from Nofap. This is a good way to channel your excess energy. You can subsitute martial arts with rock climbing, swimming etc

d. Lastly, whatever religion you are practicing. Learn to be more spiritual, compassionate towards others and try to be less judgmental towards others and obviously this is hard but this is the spiritual level we should strive to be. As this can elevate yourself and make yourself vibrate in a higher frequency and from what I have experience the Universe/God/Light/Entity responds to this by bringing in better people to your life and better opportunities.

That’s all from me. Hope this helps . All these was what I did to achieve my current streak. It is very much achievable if you have the discipline to do it.

Hi, i had M behavior after nightfall, so it is considered a relapse.
i want to say thank you all for your nice support and advices.
i still have not watched P in the last 50 days, satisfy !!. i just wanna reset because the huge counter number makes me stressed with it, so it would be better for me to relax.
i come back latter.
