Thankyou very much guys for your support. For replying when i needed help.
Right now, im seeing things more clearly. Previously, i was having urges to see the movie (to get dopamine) due to dopamine detox fast im on for 36 days. Deleting that almost download movie was very hard and the few hours after it were also hard. I felt that pressure, that need inside my brain. That frustration.
Its only the hardest when the brain is really healing. I must not break my fast if i want to succeed.
