Bro I saw this challenge earlier but I didn’t have willpower to join this long challenge, futher I was aiming to maintain a streak until mid February only. But I feel happy you mentioned me here.

Did u had strong urges after 150 days?
How did you relapsed and how could u have avoided it?
How many days of streak guarantee that the addiction is gone?

Urges are there every now and then it all depends on how we react to them bro… There is no assurance that if you reach 90+/150+/even a year you will not get any urges, you will get maybe once in a while very rarely also not very intensely… Easy to handle

After 150+ days, curiosity killed my cat :sweat_smile: you won’t have strong urges after a month. But there may be something which reminds you of porn and if you are not careful enough, you may relapse again. For me, it was due to Reddit, people joke a lot about porn there and I didn’t understand one joke so I searched for it :joy: and relapsed.

But I am still much better than what I was before that long streak.
