Peeking is one of the core reason which leads to relapse !
We think peek will satisfy us and We will not relapse, Not waste our essential fluid ! But it’s just opposite it ignites the fire inside of us which eventually leads to relapse!
Simple Rule-
No touching the thing
If we don’t peek half of the battle is Won !
