Each 5-day block within the challenge serves as a stepping stone, pushing me toward the goal of 200 days. Iโ€™ll feel empowered, connected to my higher purpose, and stronger in my mind, body, and soul.


Why โ€œStill I Riseโ€?

The theme โ€œStill I Riseโ€ represents the unshakable spirit that I will carry within myself. Life can present me with challenges, but no matter how many times I stumble or fall, I rise. The strength comes from not giving up, not letting adversity define me, and understanding that I am a warriors on a journey toward growth.


Challenge Rules & Commitments:

  1. Prayer Warrior:

    • Dedicate myself to praying or meditating daily.
    • Commit to creating a stronger connection with my faith by having intentional, quiet moments for prayer or meditation. Seek peace, guidance, and strength each day.

    • Commit to abstaining from all forms of pornography and masturbation.
    • Avoid all temptations that hinder my spiritual, physical, and mental growth. Refrain from activities that degrade your inner strength.
