Welcome to the Prayer Warrior-IronWill: Still I Rise 100 Days Challenge!

This challenge has been meticulously designed to help me cultivate resilience, self-motivation, and self-discipline through a powerful blend of spiritual, physical, and mental commitments. The Prayer Warrior-IronWill challenge is not just about pushing through the daysโ€”itโ€™s about rising each time I fall, embracing growth, and standing tall in the face of adversity. For 100 days, Iโ€™ll engage in a combination of prayer, self-discipline practices, and daily activities that will elevate me spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

Each 5-day block within the challenge serves as a stepping stone, pushing me toward the goal of 100 days. Iโ€™ll feel empowered, connected to my higher purpose, and stronger in my mind, body, and soul.


Why โ€œStill I Riseโ€?

The theme โ€œStill I Riseโ€ represents the unshakable spirit that I will carry within myself. Life can present me with challenges, but no matter how many times I stumble or fall, I rise. The strength comes from not giving up, not letting adversity define me, and understanding that I am a warriors on a journey toward growth.


Challenge Rules & Commitments:

  1. Prayer Warrior:

    • Dedicate myself to praying or meditating daily.
    • Commit to creating a stronger connection with my faith by having intentional, quiet moments for prayer or meditation. Seek peace, guidance, and strength each day.
  2. NoFap Warrior:

    • Commit to abstaining from all forms of pornography and masturbation.
    • Avoid all temptations that hinder my spiritual, physical, and mental growth. Refrain from activities that degrade your inner strength.
    • No Relapse Rule: Acknowledge the moments where my willpower is tested, but commit to never relapsing. Understand the consequences of giving in and the strength of perseverance.
  3. Self-Discipline through Productive Days:

    • Wake up at 4:30 AM each day.
    • Exercise daily to ensure physical strength and resilience.
    • Read a book to expand my mind and knowledge.
    • Dedicate at least 15 minutes to reading or meditating on scripture or self-improvement books.
    • Keep my day filled with productivity by working on a goal or a project.
  4. Night Ritual:

    • Go to bed before 11 PM and ensure there is no screen time before sleeping to avoid distractions.
    • Pray or meditate before sleeping, reinforcing my commitment to peace, strength, and guidance.
  5. Daily Check-ins:

    • Every day, I log my progress and provide a reflection on my challenges and triumphs. Use the provided daily check-in format to track my journey and hold myself accountable. Iโ€™ll be building a habit of both reflection and growth.

Okay Today will not be very productive but we will see. This day I feel like I can go around the world in 80 days. I have surrendered my day to Jesus today. Today is going to be a good day. Praise the Lord for another day. As i began this day, I thought to myself am I going to fall today? Absolutely not! I will rise above and beyond what I am capable of. I must take the time each day and focus on things that our important and not on things that are unimportant. My most troubling thought for today is that I will be a failure. I donโ€™t want to be a failure in life, I want to be a champion and overcome my philia. This philia that I have is troublsome and very disgusting when I look in the mirror.

As some of you may know my philia and some donโ€™t, I just donโ€™t want to discuss it. As the day progresses on the day seems more managable than most. Sundays is the most worst day for failure for me, if any of yโ€™all have any suggestions about Sundays feel free to share. This day is halfway over at 3:30 pm I will remain strong even though mind is telling me to give. I feel sorry for my brother Saon because he relapse today, but I want let that get me down. The day is over and I am going to bed at 9:52 pm.
