I’m glad I fought through the surge of the enemy’s armies last night. I was almost overtaken but I persevered and remembered the pain I would experience if I relapsed. Now, I really need to strengthen my action plans and stop focusing on counting days, as I have been doing in the past weeks.

You can fight it. But it’s better to win the fight before it starts.

Next time don’t watch porn in the first place. Have self imposed boundaries. No mobile use at bedtime. No scrolling. No negative thinking when Urges arise. Have a routine and follow it. Don’t go near the slope or you will fall.
