Hi people.

I’m back at challenge with 6 clean days in my pocket. The thing is, when you’re clean for more than 5 days, you feel the testosterone increase. You feel more rage and energy building inside you. You feel the power that you want to last inside you. Whenever I’ve crossed more than 7 days, the streak is generally longer than the others.

The thing is I’m trying to be disciplined in maintaining my daily life peacefully. But, out of nowhere somedays I feel lazy as I dont have any tough task those days and relapse. What’s the remedy for that, only willpower? Discipline? I don’t think so. Discipline can not be understood and maintained in just one/two weeks. Whats the willpower that keeps you running? Suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks to all of you brothers!

It is day 08 which means I’ve completed 8 sane days and there will be many more. Life has become a bit easier and taking challenges are becoming more normal than it was when I masturbated. It’ll be a great if I can end this month in a high. Whatever, started thinking about going to the gym after this eid. Tell me your experiences and conditions brothers :smiley:

It’s day 11. I am currently reading a book. It is β€˜The way of men’. I understood it deeply but thinking about where I can practically apply the principles given at that book. It says we need four things, strength, courage, mastery, honor.

The thing is, we can find the first three comparatively easily. But, to gain honor, I need to be in some group/gang of like minded strong men. I think I lack the company of like minded strong men physically. You brothers are supporting each other but thats online and truth to be told, at the time of my real life difficulties I’ll not be able to find you. Camaraderie is the thing which keeps male groups strong and energetic. i think I lack that camaraderie. Pray for me people.

Also, if you have any self improvement books for men to suggest this brother, you’ll have my utmost respect and honor.

Well you can say this is a free challenge topic nowadays. You can check in anytime no matter what goal you have. There are periods when I get absent and this thread gets a bit boring. This is one of those times. It’s because I’m really busy. But it always gets revived in the future.
