(Whoโs fault is this)
mine
Fault is always ours man!!
Focus on your work and itโs ok to use youtube for entertainment after you done everything. Good sleep is very important because lack of sleep affects your work.
As you already wasted a day so take a one more break and free your mind but donโt watch โ โ โ โ . Free yourself.
Thanks bro, I took the break today and feels good. Havenโt relapsed and not thought of relapsing in future too.
Lifeโs good actually.
Hey, great job on trying to quit your habit! I am on day 27 or 28 (Canโt remember). Iโm still in early phase but here are some tips that have worked for me that I think might be beneficial for you. I notice that you have quite a lot of things you want to accomplish during the day. Maybe itโs just me but your list looks really intense. Doing +6 hrs of studying on a consistent basis when you are a โ โ โ โ addict is a lot. Maybe itโs just me, but going to bed at 11pm and waking up rwally early is a lot. Remember that you want to build habits that you can sustain over the course of at least a few months. I recommend having like 3 things (even if theyโre easy) that you can make yourself commit to everyday. For me one of those things is writing one page of journaling in my nodebook diary. The point is to accomplish something that can bost your confidence a little bit at a time. Cuz thatโs what can help you get the determination to keep on your no PMO journey. Itโs a hard journey as you and I know, so give youself every bit of boost you can.
PMO is not even my priority man. Just getting myself Ready for future. Once I have money for my family i will go for a friendly rehab session (if I am unable to leave PMO, which I will before rehab is needed)
I believe in God.
Also, I love my work, the more I do it the more I feel better.
