Reflection:
Semestral break has started last monday and I have at least 40 days to make things in order before another group of courses starts. I want to learn to accompany these habits during class days as it is becoming erratic when I’m in one and it feels like I’m once again back to square one. Reflection:
I don’t know how to fight procrastination now. I was hook in the tv show that I’m currently watching and the “one more episode. I want to know what happened next” is always present but I’m trying to delay that by doing task after an episode and watch again after finishing the task :3. I feel like it won’t work this way but I’m trying my best to fight it.
I haven’t practicing solving since the start of this self-challenge. I’ll do this task today.

I had a little too much time wasted after and during waking time. I fixed the bed at 6:30 am. I listened and watched motivational videos of stoicism and buddhism and it made me slow down somehow. I did grocery shopping and after that I did the laundry and every household chores that needed to be accomplished. The feeling after finishing those was rewarding.

I woke up at 2:50 am and we went to a seaside. It was extremely peaceful - the waves, the birds, and everything. It’s just that it was too crowded. I enjoyed the moment because this hasn’t happened in a long time. Then, we were home at 11:00 am and I went back to sleep. In this time, I let my guard down. I woke up and fap. I discover another trigger. Anyhow, the rest of the day became unproductive, I planned to general clean today but I didn’t had the energy to start. Lol.
