I was so busy full day. Guests came up. There was some work at my water reservoir in farmhouse. I got tired and there was no energy left to study and workout.

Wake up earlier (5:30)
Study 2 hr atleast.

Rating-4/10.

Wake at 5:30.
Cleaned guest house
Did some chores.
Study.
Mild urges but watched Ramayana to overcome.

Now goals for 11/10.


1⃣ Wake up before 4:01
2⃣ Study 10 hours at least.
3⃣ Meditate
4⃣ No Anger

Its 13 Oct 2020.

Just woke up at 6-7.
Workout done.

Goals to achieve.

  1. Meditate 10 min
  2. Self Study 7 hours. (+5=11 total)
  3. Be punctual
  4. No Tv. no games.
  5. Sleep last by 10:30.

No goals achieved except the last. A tiring and lazy day. Observed fast. I had slept less last night. So whole day was lethargic.

Points - 1/10.

Goals for 14 Oct.

  1. Wake up bw 4-5.
  2. Exercise Gratitude and Meditate.
  3. SELF Study 8 hr.
  4. Less talk More Action.
  5. No Anger.
  6. Geeta Audio. Ch-1. Half
  7. Sleep before 10:30.

I woke up 8 even when i slept at 10:30. This is really disappointing. I felt cold so i could not move out from my quilt. Just watched Amogh Lila Prabhus advice and will sleep with more clothes on. Couldnt study much. Just relapsed fourth time in last three days. But i am feeling much motivated like never before now. Tommorow is my Day. Jai siya ram.

                        ***25 Oct***

Woke up at 4:51. i freshed. enjoyed morning cool breeze. overall the day was no productive no study. talked with gf most of time as she was not fine. Feeling lethargic but positive thing is i didnt relapsed inspite of so many urges. So i will give myself 2 points for Sunday.

Okay so from tommorow i will judge my each day.
3 points for a clean day.
2 points for targeted study
2 points for sticking to timetable
3 points for No Social Media or searching useless stuff.

GOALS FOR JAN 18.

  1. wake up at 4-5
  2. Meditate 10 min.
  3. Revise Bhagwat Geeta Ch1 to 4
  4. Workout 15 min(+5)
  5. Complete backlog + attend lectures
  6. Self study for at least 4 hours.

Could not study due to some urgent and unavoidable work at my house.

So Goals for the Next Day I.e. Jan 19 will be same.
