8] Study: 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

10] Eat food mindfully

:white_check_mark:12] Read the book: Practice of Brahmacharya

13] Sleep: 10 PM [slept at 11 pm]

Wake up: 4 am [woke up at 5:30 am]

Meditate: 5 minutes
Read the Bhagavad Gita
Cold shower
Study: 10 am - 12 pm
Study: 3 pm - 5 pm
Study: 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
No junk food [ate sugar containing foods]
Eat food mindfully
Drink water: 3 litres [drank 2 L]

Sleep: 10 pm
