But training increases height. Not protein. Protein is for muscle growth. It wonโ€™t increase your height.

It helps in growth of tissues , itโ€™s recommended for the teens to have good amount of protein in diet for growth along with other nutrients.

And @Imaginator sleep for 7-8 hours between 10pm - 7 am(adjust accordingly) , body recovers and produces HGH while sleeping, and donโ€™t eat anything 2-3 hours before going to sleep.

Donโ€™t tell me you sleep late and wake up at 5 am, sleep is important bro, donโ€™t compromise with it . Remember the Human growth hormone is released while sleeping.

protein is obviously necessary for growth and repair but the impact of training as compared to protein purely from a height perspective is far higher. hormonal especially. protein is good for recovery definitely but just eating protein wonโ€™t increase height. it only can cause future renal problems unless you drink enough water.

Woke up late , did workout ,and did 2 exercises in the evening because I was getting late in the morning. I need to take school leaving certificate soon . Used land mower and cleared the bushes, I was careful this time because I scraped the land once and the underground water came to the surface and took few hours to stop . Watched ben 10 again it took me 2 years to watch it till omniverse because I was procastinating (watched omniverse series within 3 months) . But yeah it was nostalgic :heart:, Ben Tennyson will always be my first superhero :heart: ! I need to sleep early !

PS :- I didnโ€™t do anything related to farm lands

Have to visit my school to get certificates and marksheet, before 11 am , have to leave for it at 9-10 am (I woke up at 9 am today :dove:) tomorrow. And I was frustrated af while studying because of the bluetooth issue , the voice was coming from headphones and then it stopped , I restarted that old laptop 3-5 times . And realised I got have backlogs, even itโ€™s not that big but I have to cover it within 4 days, because the deadline of first week is till 2nd October and I will complete it on 1st October and cover up soon.

(Iโ€™m suffering with mine as well)

Iโ€™m currently saving 10 dinars (around 3 dollars) each week, and so far, Iโ€™ve managed to save 300 dinars, something even my parents donโ€™t know about. My plan is to reach 1000 dinars by my birthday on February 21st. Then, Iโ€™ll convince my parents to buy me a 1500-dinar PC. Once they agree, Iโ€™ll reveal the extra 1000 dinars Iโ€™ve saved and aim for a more powerful 2500-dinar PC, with ample RAM, a solid graphics card, and everything I need.

Woke up at 8:30 am :man_facepalming: , reached school at 10:56 am but the principal left :dove:, I mean I was on time they left the school before 11am (they told me to come between 8-11am):skull:, I didnโ€™t have mobile data so I asked the deputy director sir to share his data so that I could book a bike ride from rapido :coffin:, I will have to visit the school om Monday again, they are asking for 1k rupees for TC and all :dove:. While coming back to home I ate chaat, samosa and brought chaat at my home too, after having junk food the Post junk clarity hits hard fr! I was like why did I eat it and I wasnโ€™t feeling well after having it ! My hair is a total mess tbh!

Too many crosses today, @Imaginator was right couldnโ€™t wake up on time because I slept late . If I continue doing this I wonโ€™t make progress , not satisfied , my body gets recovered from workouts within 2 days , I will do full body workout 3 times this week . And I seriously need to study more . I promise before the end of October I will make a habit of studying 8-10 hours everyday . And I am at day 2 finally , relapsed almost every single day (sometimes twice/thrice a day) after Avatar challenge , 2 week ig. I Hate it now . Have to go to school tomorrow to take TC and all.

1st October 2024

3 months left , winter arc begins! Finished 2 assignments today and relapsed after 4 days . Got the documents yesterday, was feeling sad while taking the leaving certificate, even though I visited there for a month but I enjoyed, I had good bonding with the teachers too. While coming back home and thinking about my school while sitting on the bike, I saw a Horse trying to breed with his horsie , but bro couldnโ€™t find the spot and was doing the dance in the air :coffin: , after few seconds I turned my head because it was weird :dove: . Have to finish 2 more assignments tomorrow is the deadline . Ate junk while coming back to home and had lassi which had sugar syrup in it , it was looking sus because of the combination of curd and sugar syrup tbh , and that wasnโ€™t good at all .

Woke up late, but was able to join my family during Aarti on time :pray:. Not that productive day . I have to wake up early. Not feeling well because of some issues. Worked out even I didnโ€™t want to , couldnโ€™t train my chest because of elbow pain(elbow conditioning :dove:) . I did intense workout today! While watching tv they showed those filthy ads again but I didnโ€™t feel anything,I was feeling disgusted tbh but after watching the biryani ad :yum:, I will have biryani or cook soya chaap biryani again, after navratri, canโ€™t eat onion and garlic during navratri. Will try to sleep and update here early!
