Bhai I faced urges because of it , in first chapter there are details about what experiences others are having with porn and all, it was relatable but traumatizing, all memories resurfaced because of it. Thatās why I didnāt read it today.

Yes, it felt like a step down from where we are at the moment . Itās for absolute beginners, or people who are actually pro porn, I might read it after a few days though when I am done with my interview and I have a good grip on myself, I think following chapters will have good advices.
