Woke up late (at 9:15am ) . Then edged while bathingโฆ, didnโt relapse, i secured my next 3-4 days , i wonโt relapse. Didnโt study, didnโt workout. Today talked to my two friends (i talk to one of them frequently), the second guy, letโs call him, Saimat, so i talked to him after 2 months, his guardians took his phone cause his brother told them that he plays games(BGMI) late night . Literally laughed a lot while talking to them, and talked to them for almost 50 minutes. Then, i asked them to meet after 2 weeks (31st July). Actually i planned to meet meet the first guy today , letโs call him, Raitun, but i told him that i am not at home. The main thing is I am not confident about my body, so yeah i will try to workout these 2 weeks, ik there will be no any significant changes, but i will try my best. And if i wonโt meet them after 2 weeks, they are gonna cuss me .
Todayโs screen time - 5.5 hours(highest was 12+ hours & 10 hours few days ago), 5.5 is good cause on an average i use 8.5-10 hours daily .
