Bhai I faced urges because of it :joy:, in first chapter there are details about what experiences others are having with ā– ā– ā– ā–  and all, it was relatable but traumatizing, all memories resurfaced because of it. Thatā€™s why I didnā€™t read it today.

Yes, it felt like a step down from where we are at the moment :joy:. Itā€™s for absolute beginners, or people who are actually pro ā– ā– ā– ā– , I might read it after a few days though when I am done with my interview and I have a good grip on myself, I think following chapters will have good advices.
