17 minutes? Warm ups usually take longer than that my friend. Iโ€™d say either make time for a longer workout session or just donโ€™t do it and replace that time in doing something more beneficial.

You are 15 . I am also 16. There are people who are still suffering at 30+ .I just want to say that we are so lucky that we found nofap in this early age.
