@TAVNARP @Amitroghates & @Rocky101… Its okay dont feel sad, you all are far more better than those who cant even pass 1 day of nofap. You all did great. Now analyse your mistake and take actions.

This was one of my posts on app hope it helps :

1.) The first rule about nofap is to stop talking/thinking about
nofap.
Focus more on actions rather than just building streaks.

2.) The second rule is wake up early & work harder
than you did yesterday.

3.) Third one is never go more than 3 days without intense
workout, play some sport if possible.

4.) Make time to read everyday.

5.) Indulge yourself into meaningful and right kind of joyful
work & immerse in it.

6.) Avoid peaking & fantasizing… Dont let you have enough
time for such things, fill your whole day with joyfully
productive work.

7.) And the seventh one is stop counting days, make the days
count.

Tip: Always remain aware of everything, just see things as it is without any thought, without any motive to resist, without any intentions or feelings… Just see with a touch of innocence…whenever an urge hit just see it dont wrestle with it just see it and surf this wave… By this kind of awareness every addiction, urge, thoughts, feeling will reveal their true nature and show you how nonsense /useless they were.
Observe everything like you dont know the subject, like a child… We lack cuz we feel we know everything.
You are not missing a secret, you are just ignoring the obvious.
