Mainly I want to ask how you feel about the kind of posts I mentioned in the topic title? Asking likes to add days to nofap challenge.
There is even an option to report posts that asks for likes and these kind of like asking is clearly fit in that category in my opinion. But I’m not sure how to feel about the people who act like that. I don’t feel that they are serious about their challenge. It seems to be childish and even stupid to think that more likes will help them get over their p* issue.
Exactly as you say, in social medias people use likes to show off among their friends and familes. I don’t think that is necessary in community like this
Please understand this, in this community it is very very easy to get a good companion to continue your journey and remind yourself you are not alone. I don’t think one cannot get cured simply by thinking " Oh I got this many likes, so I should not do it…" in my opinion it’s total bullshit sorry if I offend you.
Actually I wonder, what’s the point of doing the challenge, if you just start fapping one day after you reached your goal. Doing the challenge is not about winning the challenge itself, it’s a tool to stay motivated. The actual purpose is to get rid of the neural pathways, the habit and the mindset of that porn is needed.
It’s like those people who stop eating sweets to lose weight but as soon as they reach their desired weight, they eat them again and nothing changed.
