Get up from your bed go outside in the park whenever urges knock your door. If you go outside in the park you will start burning because of high temperature outside but it will stop you from getting fall in this filthy habit.

My sleep schedule is little messed up. I should start sleeping early again (from the past 2-3 days I have been sleeping alot late like 1:30 or 2:30 that is affecting my productivity.)

From today onwards I will ensure that I am in bed by 11:00 PM and sleeping by 11:30 PM
