Just have some fortitude man. Yeah they make a lot of effort. But they always fail. They are pathetic.fortitude is your inner strength. Your blood. Make it stronger and the temptations will just seem absurd to you. I only fail when my fortitude gets weaker. There are many causes ilI found that the biggest factor is lack of faith. You need endurence of faith. Think how much effort they putting in order to brainwash you and make you weak. They are scared shitless. They know what will happen when we come back to our senses( instincts literally).anger is good agression is good when it moves in the right direction.
