Most Western countries, which call themselves “liberals”, would never put a ban in the agenda, because it would sound like “moralism”, could harm the freedom of speech, of media, of etc.
But only who has struggled to break free from the jaws of ■■■■ knows: that hell is pure slavery.
P.S. A national ban in Brazil 
would save me a lot of work with the blockers, filters and so on. And would do miracles for my streak
