for me, having healthy sex (without any porn thoughts) is absolutely no relapse

It’s all your belief. I believe that sec before marriage is not okay. However if she is okay and you can feel okay with having sex, by all means go for it

If you think it will become a problem because once might not be enough it would be best to pass on it.
Build a relationship with her without sex. Plus if you are on this nofap journey you won’t miss anything if you pass on

I think having healthy sex is fine and does not count as a relapse… Go enjoy yourself dude… sex is also one of the initial drive for a man. However doing it more or overly pleasuring yourself is were the problem is or can be
