I am new to this app and not sure the best way to navigate it? Where is my timer how does it work? Do I report to it if I look at porn and or masterbate? What does fap stand for?

I’d suggest you look around the app and check out all it’s features. Your timer is what you see when you start the app (aka Counter). You can set it by pressing the thumbs down located on the icon on the top right of the counter.
It’s upto you if you want to report, most people do it here. Fapping is simply a slag term for masturbating.
