OK. I had a relapse last night around 1AM.
Not watching porn, just in bed. Can’t control the urge.
I felt bad after resetting my counter. But then I looked at the statistics tab and saw that red dots noticed that I’m having constant relapses, yes, but they are less than 1 per week. Doing the math I just had 3.8 relapses on June.
So I’m kinda happy because I think my habit is slowly changing from 1++ every day to a more healthy frequency.
If you can stay in no fap for 40 days then I think you’re are already in another level! And your brain probably is already rewired in someway. I never been able to pass the 30 days goal, with 23 been my highest streak.
@KateSista Really bad night switched to porn. edged but couldn’t stop thinking about how hard it was to get here day 4/5.
the wierdest thing happened. my puter cut off …overheating
switched back on So switched to you tube Dr Caroline Leaf and joyce Meyer. God will help you if you ask him relapsing happens a lot pin day 3 to 4 that’s when your brain starts to notice the absence.
True. 4-5 days is a major goal for beginners, but I will become easier with time. For me I barely notice the 5 days barrier: my challenge is when I’m on day 7-9.
Hey Kate! Thanks for sharing your struggle with us. I used to occasionally feel very bad about my gender because I used to feel only men struggle about this and we (men) feel very locked out. And initially i always felt very sick of myself, thinking of what will women think of me, etc. But now I see women too face this struggle, the anxiety of being a lone man in this struggle gets easier. I’m thankful to you for sharing your struggle with us. We encourage more women to come out and share their struggles to learn from each other.
